Instant Messaging - Week 7 activities
This week spoke with Karen (for the first time) and Diane. It was a fun discussion. I think I might like this IM more and more and am certainly learning the possibilities for their use in classrooms.

I'm also finding the IM activities good ... it gives me the ability to talk with my classmates. While I use IM a lot, when I review the logs, I find that they are extremely conversational and do not resemble good, scholarly writing. This doesn't bother me, though ... IM is truly dialogue, without the polish and precision of a paper.
